About WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2010

Yuke’s developed WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2010 and THQ published it in October 2009 for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii and PSP. A separate Nintendo DS game with the same name was made by Tose. The full title carried the words “featuring ECW,” since the ECW brand was still part of WWE television at the time.

This page links to the PS2 version. It keeps the main structure of the PS3 and Xbox 360 game but not every feature. The Story Designer, which lets you script your own weekly shows and pay-per-view rivalries, is limited to 55 segments on PS2, while the newer consoles allow 500. The Superstar Threads clothing editor isn’t included at all. Road to WrestleMania returns with six new storylines, among them one centered on the Divas and a cooperative two-player story with Triple H and John Cena. The Create-a-Finisher tool was expanded to cover moves from the top rope, and the console roster runs to 67 superstars and Divas.

How it runs in your browser

Pressing Play opens wwe2010.online in a new tab. Slayoner runs the site on snuri00’s browser runtime, which uses WebAssembly and WebGPU. The game files load automatically, so there is nothing to install and you don’t need your own copy of the game. A current version of Chrome or Edge is the safe pick.

The host offers private rooms with a chat. Its English game guide, however, says two-player mode for this title hasn’t been tested online, so treat online matches as experimental rather than a feature you can count on. Exhibition matches against the computer are the dependable way to play. Saving isn’t mentioned in the host’s notes, so longer modes may not carry over between visits.

The site blocks visitors from some countries, including Pakistan and Turkey.

Controls and devices

You can use a keyboard or a game controller. Click inside the game picture first so it picks up your input. A controller is the closer match to the PS2 original, which was designed around a gamepad, and it makes timing reversals easier than reaching across a keyboard. The full key layout isn’t published here, so look at the site or the game’s own options before your first match.

Phones and tablets aren’t listed as supported. Use a desktop or laptop.

Who it’s for

It suits fans of the late-2000s WWE games who want a quick match with the 2009 roster without setting up an emulator. If you’re comparing years, the browser versions of WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2011 (the PSP release) and WWE SmackDown! Here Comes the Pain are also on the site. For other games you can try with other people, see our multiplayer list.
