PlayGamesInBrowser is a directory: we don’t host the games we list. We link to them, or embed them from their hosts. If you own the rights to a game and want a listing removed, we’ll act quickly.
How to send a notice
Email dmca@playgamesinbrowser.com with:
- The work you believe is infringed.
- The page or pages on playgamesinbrowser.com you want removed (the full URLs).
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use isn’t authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
We remove or disable the listing promptly after receiving a valid notice, and we tell the person who submitted it where possible. Repeat infringers lose the ability to submit games or hold an account.
Counter-notices
If your listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the details required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
